Dim sum not bad

Great place for lunch

Amazing dim sum one of my favs A la carte on point get in before 11 on a Sunday and your good.

WORST dining experience I have ever had with my family. We arrived at 1 pm for dim sum lunch on a Sunday. They had RUN OUT OF FOOD!! But they didn't tell us. They sat our group of five and simply made us wait. They brought around the same five dishes and finally told us half way through our dining experience that they had been very busy that morning and had run out of food. Dishes we ordered took 20 mins to get to us. 20 mins for dim sum!! Can you believe it!I think at one point they forgot about us because we were in the side-room. We didn't see any servers anymore. And the dim sum was really underwhelming when it arrived. Poor quality, no flavour. Pieces broke apart on your fork as you transferred from the serving dish to your plate. Brutal! After 40 mins we left hungry and went to another restaurant nearby for real food.

I was working in this restaurant before, what I can tell you is that this is worst restaurant I have ever been.

Excellent Chinese Food. We had great service. We enjoyed the pork and shrimp dumplings, special fried rice, mixed vegetables and Chicken hot plate #121 which was our favourite. We went here on Valentines Day now that we saw they are reopen. It was our first time here and we will be coming back!

We spent $48.23 for only three dishes: mixed fry rice, beef (see picture) and won ton soup.No mention the price, I feel sad on there quantity. Fry rice is ok. There are only ten small won ton in the soup and the soup tastes like instant noodle. The worst is the beef. As picture shows, there are TEN pieces of beef with a lot of vegetable, each beef is about half inch cube big. The beef dish costs $15.

I ate there for the first time this morning after being told repeatedly that their dim sum was fantastic, and it was no word of a lie. We ate until we couldn't move, it was all delicious, the service was good, and the prices were definitely affordable. I will be going back. A lot.

Very rude and bad service. Food is ok. But the food on the list does not have a price. I ordered two red oil winton and didn't realize that they are 9 dollar each until I pay. Would not recommend to go to this place.

Great place for dim sum. The service is always great. I just wish they made more deep fried taro root. Best deep fried chicken wings for dim sum.

Excellent food, both the dim sum and supper services. Great variety and different items than your average Canadian-Chinese food. One of Regina's best restaurants.

It was my first time visiting Four Seas, and it was amazing! The food was excellent. And.its cheap too. Totally recommend for people who likes Chinese food!

Me and my friend didn't run into any service issue like a lot of reviews pointed out. Food was pricy, and quality is average at best. Some just doesn't taste right like the radish cake... But this is still the most authentic place in town.

It's Hands-down the best Chinese food in the city. It's in fact some of the only authentic Chinese food you can get in Regina. That said, it's hugely overpriced. Watch as it fills with disgruntled Chinese customers, who tend to resent the price yet have no choice if they want an authentic Chinese meal.Still, if you are willing to pay, this is real chinese food. Salty, but no doubt extremely flavorful. It's one of my favorite restaurants in the city.

I've never ever had such terrible food in my entire life. Not only was my dim sum cold, when we did get hot dim sum it was so over cooked the dumplings were so mushy they completely fell apart. I felt bad for the waitress because it was so busy and it was only her working. The owner of the restaurant has no customer service at all. After throwing the plates of food we ordered on the table, I proceeded to say thank you because I have manners. I received a grunt in return. It's sad because the only reason the place is busy is because it's in a convenient location for people down town. I didn't know if I wanted to write this review, but I've been to this place 3 times! In hopes that it would get better. Sadly I was mistaken. I would strongly urge whoever is reading this, to take it from my experience and forget this place exists. The next time i want to throw away $70 I'll just put it in trash. Then I wouldn't have to suffer eating there food.

Great Dim Sum. This is a fairly small restaurant. They do good Dim Sum on the weekends. They have kind of a unique system which I love. They have both cart service and a Menu Cart service. The most popular dishes and those that do best on a steam cart are served in a traditional cart service manner, so you have a good half of your meal within minutes of sitting down. The menu cart comes around a few minutes latter and has an example of each of the specialty dishes. You can point and order each of these and they are prepared fresh for your table. The staff are excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and they are all fluent in English and Chinese. This is our favourite Dim Sum place in the city.

This is our go to Dim Sum place. Cart Service Dim Sum, can be very busy at times but for good reason, it's that good in my opinion. Staff are friendly and service is usually fast. Very good selection on food. The place could use an update to look more modern. Prices are moderate, your bill can easily rack up between $50-$60 for two people if your hungry. Finding parking can be a nightmare sometime as it is located downtown.

Very large portions, very tasty food. We will definitely come back here.

I personally like this place. I go there very often . I went to many Chinese restaurants in Regina but I felt that the food is mostly bland . I like very spicy Chinese food. Four seas is small restaurant with not good customer service. But the food is tasty and flavorful. .My personal favorites are spicy chicken, hunan chicken, and Kungpao. I also love their Mushroom chicken fried rice but I don't like their soups though..

The owner lady seemed to have an unpredictable bad attitude, my family and I didn't feel welcome at all from the moment we sat down. The food was not bad, I would say it was average. However, the poor service just killed the meal, it was hard to enjoy it when there was such negativity dumped​ at your table. It was not much worse than having someone constantly slapping at your face.. It was unbearable... Why bother?! Or good luck...

Best Dim Sum in Regina. Makes it 2nd best in the province. (Best is in Saskatoon. )Price here is better. Couple of carts circle through the room as you eat these Chinese delicately cooked tid bits.

I went for dimsum a few weeks ago and am still craving for another serving of lo mai gai. This place does it right with traditional serving carts and specially made items in the back. The prices are the best I've found in a long time with 3 of us being absolutely full for around 50$. There could be more lighting as it is slightly dark and dreary for a lunchspot but other than that I give this four thumbs up and will be returning.

I went for lunch here and had a good meal with reasonable prices. We did the dim sum option and had nothing but good food. The service was also very good and prompt. Would be interesting to see their dinner menu.
